Description of services<\/h3>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n          CHAPP SOLUTIONS offers different solutions to optimise hotel management:\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"lean-legal-list\">\r\n          <div class=\"lean-legal-list__item\">\r\n            <div class=\"lean-legal-list__bullet\"><\/div>\r\n            <p>\r\n              <strong>LEAN Hotel System<\/strong> Property Management System.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n          <div class=\"lean-legal-list__item\">\r\n            <div class=\"lean-legal-list__bullet\"><\/div>\r\n            <p>\r\n              <strong>UK:<\/strong> Input\/output optimisation.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n          <div class=\"lean-legal-list__item\">\r\n            <div class=\"lean-legal-list__bullet\"><\/div>\r\n            <p>\r\n              <strong>Housekeeping App<\/strong> Application for housekeeping department management.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n          <div class=\"lean-legal-list__item\">\r\n            <div class=\"lean-legal-list__bullet\"><\/div>\r\n            <p>\r\n              <strong>Front Desk App<\/strong> Application for obtaining guest signatures in digital format.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <h3>5.2. Purchasing process<\/h3>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n          Purchases or service hires are made via the Site by following the established process. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the indicated price and comply with the established payment conditions.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>5.3. Cancellation and Refund Policies<\/h3>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"lean-legal-card\">\r\n          <p>\r\n            <strong>No cancellation policy for signed contract:<\/strong> Once the contract has been signed by both parties, it is not possible to proceed with its cancellation. The client undertakes to comply with all obligations set out in the contract during the agreed term. Any cancellation request will not be admitted, and the contract shall be fulfilled in its entirety.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"lean-legal-card\">\r\n          <p>\r\n            <strong>Cancellation penalty policy in effect:<\/strong> If a client decides to cancel an ongoing contract, they will be required to pay a penalty equivalent to the total amount of instalments that are still due until the contract's completion. This penalty will be applied without exception and must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"lean-legal-card\">\r\n          <p>\r\n            <strong>Contract termination policy due to non-payment or misuse:<\/strong> In the event of non-payment or if use of the applications outside the scope of assignment specified in the contract is detected, the provider shall be entitled to terminate the contract immediately. The customer shall have a period of 48 hours to pay any outstanding amounts for overdue instalments before the definitive termination of the contract. If payment is not made within this period, the contract shall be rescinded with no entitlement to reimbursement.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"lean-legal-block\" id=\"limitacion-responsabilidad\">\r\n        <span class=\"lean-legal-num\">06<\/span>\r\n\r\n        <h2>Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n          To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAPP SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <div class=\"lean-legal-list\">\r\n          <div class=\"lean-legal-list__item\">\r\n            <div class=\"lean-legal-list__bullet\"><\/div>\r\n            <p>\r\n              Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n          <div class=\"lean-legal-list__item\">\r\n            <div class=\"lean-legal-list__bullet\"><\/div>\r\n            <p>\r\n              Any conduct or content of third parties on the Site.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n          <div class=\"lean-legal-list__item\">\r\n            <div class=\"lean-legal-list__bullet\"><\/div>\r\n            <p>\r\n              Any content obtained from the Site.\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"lean-legal-block\" id=\"indemnizacion\">\r\n        <span class=\"lean-legal-num\">07<\/span>\r\n\r\n        <h2>Compensation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n          You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHAPP SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any third party's rights.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"lean-legal-block\" id=\"modificaciones\">\r\n        <span class=\"lean-legal-num\">08<\/span>\r\n\r\n        <h2>Modifications to the Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n          CHAPP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
