Cette p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 sera appliqu\u00e9e sans exception et devra \u00eatre pay\u00e9e int\u00e9gralement au moment de la r\u00e9siliation.<\/li><li>Politique de r\u00e9siliation des contrats en cas de non-paiement ou d'utilisation abusive<br \/>En cas de non-paiement ou de constatation d'une utilisation des applications en dehors du cadre de la mission sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e dans le contrat, le prestataire est en droit de r\u00e9silier imm\u00e9diatement le contrat. Le client dispose d'un d\u00e9lai de 48 heures pour payer les montants impay\u00e9s des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances en retard avant la r\u00e9siliation d\u00e9finitive du contrat.
