Ce r\u00e8glement, qui vise \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, \u00e9tablit de nouvelles obligations pour les h\u00f4tels, les appartements touristiques et d'autres types d'h\u00e9bergement, en mettant l'accent sur les points suivants <strong>la num\u00e9risation des processus d'enregistrement et la communication des donn\u00e9es relatives aux visiteurs<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.mir.gob.es\/opencms\/export\/sites\/default\/es\/procedimientos-y-servicios\/hospedajes-y-alquiler-de-vehiculos\/\"><strong>D\u00e9cret royal 933\/2001<\/strong><\/a>qui entre en vigueur le 2 d\u00e9cembre 2024, \u00e9tablit des obligations claires sur le dossier documentaire et les informations \u00e0 traiter par toutes les personnes physiques ou morales exer\u00e7ant des activit\u00e9s d'h\u00e9bergement et de location de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur.
