Questo regolamento, pensato per aumentare la sicurezza e la tracciabilit\u00e0 dei dati, stabilisce nuovi obblighi per alberghi, appartamenti turistici e altre tipologie di strutture ricettive, concentrandosi in particolare sulla <strong>digitalizzazione dei processi di registrazione e comunicazione dei dati degli ospiti<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.mir.gob.es\/opencms\/export\/sites\/default\/es\/procedimientos-y-servicios\/hospedajes-y-alquiler-de-vehiculos\/\"><strong>Regio Decreto 933\/2001<\/strong><\/a>che entrer\u00e0 in vigore il 2 dicembre 2024, stabilisce obblighi chiari sulla documentazione e sulle informazioni che devono essere gestite da tutte le persone fisiche o giuridiche che gestiscono attivit\u00e0 di alloggio e di noleggio di veicoli a motore.
