O cliente compromete-se a cumprir todas as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no contrato durante o per\u00edodo acordado. Qualquer pedido de anula\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 aceite, devendo o contrato ser cumprido na sua totalidade.<\/li><li>Pol\u00edtica de san\u00e7\u00f5es para a rescis\u00e3o do contrato atual<br \/>Se um cliente decidir rescindir um contrato existente, dever\u00e1 pagar uma penaliza\u00e7\u00e3o igual ao montante total das presta\u00e7\u00f5es em d\u00edvida at\u00e9 ao final do contrato. Esta penaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 aplicada sem exce\u00e7\u00e3o e dever\u00e1 ser paga na \u00edntegra no momento da rescis\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Pol\u00edtica de rescis\u00e3o do contrato por falta de pagamento ou utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o indevida<br \/>Em caso de n\u00e3o pagamento ou se for detectada uma utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das aplica\u00e7\u00f5es fora do \u00e2mbito da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o especificada no contrato, o fornecedor tem o direito de rescindir imediatamente o contrato. O cliente disp\u00f5e de um prazo de 48 horas para pagar os montantes n\u00e3o pagos das presta\u00e7\u00f5es em atraso antes da rescis\u00e3o definitiva do contrato.
