Existem sintomas muito operacionais que alertam frequentemente para o desalinhamento entre a procura, o valor percebido e a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Sinais frequentes e o que procurar em cada caso:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o elevada com ADR baixo<\/strong>: revis\u00f5es <strong>ADR<\/strong> y <strong>RevPAR<\/strong> por data e por canal; pode indicar que se est\u00e1 a vender demasiado cedo ou com demasiada confian\u00e7a nas taxas baixas.<\/li><li><strong>Muitos picos de cancelamento<\/strong>: ver <strong>taxa de cancelamento<\/strong>, <strong>n\u00e3o compar\u00eancias<\/strong> e altera\u00e7\u00f5es em <strong>pol\u00edticas<\/strong> (flex\u00edvel vs. n\u00e3o reembols\u00e1vel) por canal.<\/li><li><strong>Baixa convers\u00e3o na Web direta<\/strong>: revis\u00f5es <strong>convers\u00e3o<\/strong>, <strong>taxa de abandono<\/strong> e diferen\u00e7as em <strong>pre\u00e7o\/condi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> versus OTAs.<\/li><li><strong>Disparidade entre canais<\/strong> (mesmo dia, pre\u00e7os diferentes ou condi\u00e7\u00f5es incoerentes): contrastes <strong>TAXA FINAL<\/strong>, <strong>impostos\/taxas<\/strong>, <strong>pol\u00edticas<\/strong> y <strong>disponibilidade<\/strong> por tipologia.<\/li><li><strong>O conjunto de comparsas bate-te \u201csem motivo aparente\u201d.\u201d<\/strong>: compare o seu <strong>posi\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7o<\/strong> com o seu <strong>valor percebido<\/strong> (reputa\u00e7\u00e3o, localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, regime, pol\u00edticas), e n\u00e3o apenas o n\u00famero.<\/li><li><strong>Recolha irregular<\/strong> (introduzir tudo de uma vez ou n\u00e3o): ver <strong>recolha di\u00e1ria<\/strong> y <strong>prazo de entrega<\/strong> por data para ver se o ritmo das reservas se desvia do esperado.<\/li><\/ul><p>O objetivo destes sinais n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u201cconfirmar que se est\u00e1 errado\u201d, mas sim evitar mudan\u00e7as impulsivas.
