E, por uma quest\u00e3o de prud\u00eancia, tenha em conta que os prazos, motivos e requisitos variam consoante o banco emissor, a rede de pagamentos e o adquirente\/prestador de servi\u00e7os de pagamento. O banco comunica o lit\u00edgio e o hotel (normalmente atrav\u00e9s do adquirente\/prestador de servi\u00e7os de pagamento) pode:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Aceitar<\/strong> o estorno (n\u00e3o o conteste), ou<\/li><li><strong>Contestar<\/strong>, O cliente deve apresentar provas do que foi acordado e\/ou do servi\u00e7o prestado.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ponto importante: \u201cj\u00e1 reembolsado\u201d nem sempre significa que o assunto est\u00e1 encerrado. Se o h\u00f3spede iniciar um estorno por si pr\u00f3prio, pode ainda chegar uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o e ter\u00e1 de a tratar de acordo com o processo do fornecedor.<\/p><p><!-- notionvc: pequenos hot\u00e9is concentra-se em situa\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o muito reconhec\u00edveis nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es quotidianas:<\/p><ul><li><strong>N\u00e3o compar\u00eancia<\/strong> com pol\u00edticas mal explicadas ou pouco vis\u00edveis no momento da reserva.<\/li><li><strong>Pr\u00e9-pago ou n\u00e3o reembols\u00e1vel<\/strong> comunicados de forma confusa (ou com textos diferentes consoante os canais).<\/li><li><strong>Encargos por danos, limpeza ou san\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> sem provas suficientes ou comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via clara.<\/li><li><strong>Discrep\u00e2ncias de impostos e taxas<\/strong> (o cliente esperava um total diferente do que lhe foi cobrado).<\/li><li><strong>Reservas de terceiros<\/strong> (titular que n\u00e3o o h\u00f3spede) em que se alega \u201cn\u00e3o reconhe\u00e7o a compra\u201d.<\/li><li><strong>Duplicidade de acusa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> (dupla cobran\u00e7a, pr\u00e9-autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o que \u00e9 interpretada como cobran\u00e7a final ou erros operacionais).<\/li><li><strong>\u201cN\u00e3o reconhe\u00e7o o com\u00e9rcio\u201d.\u201d<\/strong> porque o nome que aparece no extrato n\u00e3o corresponde ao nome da empresa de que o cliente se lembra.<\/li><\/ul><p>A boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que muitos destes casos n\u00e3o requerem \u201cmais tecnologia\u201d, mas sim uma melhor consist\u00eancia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><!-- notionvc: 7c4bb978-ad37-4973-bb13-de35fc5e7e71 \u00faltima hora.<\/li><li>Disputas intensas por n\u00e3o compar\u00eancia, pr\u00e9-pagamento ou cancelamento no prazo de 24-48 horas.<\/li><li>Discrep\u00e2ncias entre a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o (correio\/OTA) e o f\u00f3lio (conceitos, impostos, regime).<\/li><li>Reservas com dados incompletos ou incoerentes (propriet\u00e1rio, correio eletr\u00f3nico, telefone, pa\u00eds) que dificultam a valida\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade ou da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p>A interven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fatil \u00e9 geralmente dupla: comunicar claramente (o que vai ser cobrado e porqu\u00ea) e s\u00e3o explicados por tr\u00eas ra\u00edzes acion\u00e1veis:<\/p><ol><li><p><strong>O cliente n\u00e3o compreendeu as condi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p><p>As pol\u00edticas de cancelamento\/n\u00e3o compar\u00eancia, pr\u00e9-pagamento ou encargos adicionais n\u00e3o eram vis\u00edveis ou n\u00e3o eram as mesmas em todos os canais.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>O hotel n\u00e3o pode provar o que foi acordado ou o que foi emprestado.<\/strong><\/p><p>Falta de uma confirma\u00e7\u00e3o armazenada, de um comprovativo de estadia, de um dossier pormenorizado ou de um comprovativo de consumo\/dano.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>A fatura n\u00e3o corresponde ao que o cliente viu ou recorda.<\/strong><\/p><p>Diferen\u00e7as de quantia, imposto, conceito ou um descritor na demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 reconhecido.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p>Na pr\u00e1tica, muitos chargebacks s\u00e3o enquadrados como disputas sobre cobran\u00e7as, fraudes ou alega\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o prestados. prova:<\/p><ul><li>E-mail ou confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de reserva com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es (e vers\u00e3o\/data se os textos forem actualizados).<\/li><li>Registo do plano tarif\u00e1rio e da pol\u00edtica aplicada no PMS.<\/li><li>Captura ou c\u00f3pia do texto da pol\u00edtica atual, se a sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o o exigir.<\/li><\/ul><p>Objetivo: reduzir os estornos por \u201cn\u00e3o encargo ou \u00e9 libertado).<\/li><li>Validar os dados b\u00e1sicos dos h\u00f3spedes e a consist\u00eancia da propriedade de acordo com o procedimento do hotel (sem o tornar um processo complexo).<\/li><li>Coordenar o procedimento com o prestador de servi\u00e7os de pagamento para evitar erros operacionais (por exemplo, diferen\u00e7as entre a pr\u00e9-autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e o d\u00e9bito final).<\/li><\/ul><p>O que deve ser guardado como prova:<\/p><ul><li>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o enviada ao h\u00f3spede (se aplic\u00e1vel) sobre
