La soluci\u00f3n suele ser un m\u00e9todo simple: menos mensajes, m\u00e1s utilidad, y un flujo claro para que el hu\u00e9sped complete lo importante sin intercambios interminables.<\/p><p>En este enfoque, <strong>POK<\/strong> (pre check-in) funciona como un \u201ccentro\u201d de acciones en un \u00fanico enlace, y <strong>LEAN<\/strong> ayuda a ejecutar la cadencia con automatizaciones (cu\u00e1ndo enviar, a qui\u00e9n recordar y qu\u00e9 incluir en confirmaciones de reservas directas). Si env\u00edas varios mensajes sueltos, se pierde el hilo y aumentan las dudas.
