Esa brecha genera fricci\u00f3n incluso cuando el hotel ha trabajado bien. Gestionar expectativas significa prevenir: comunicar con claridad, evitar ambig\u00fcedades y dise\u00f1ar un flujo donde el hu\u00e9sped entienda qu\u00e9 incluye su estancia, qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 sujeto a disponibilidad y c\u00f3mo se resuelven puntos sensibles (parking, spa, early\/late, vistas).<\/p><p>En hoteles peque\u00f1os y medianos, la clave es hacerlo de forma consistente: que no dependa de \u201cqui\u00e9n est\u00e9 de turno\u201d. previos<\/strong>: log\u00edstica y condiciones que determinan tranquilidad (o estr\u00e9s).<\/li><li data-section-id=\"m935po\" data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1671\">La informaci\u00f3n de <strong data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1609\">servicios<\/strong>: spa, desayuno, parking, horarios reales, reservas previas.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"a7nwcm\" data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"1759\">Las <strong data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1691\">pol\u00edticas<\/strong>: early\/late, cancelaci\u00f3n\/no-show, dep\u00f3sitos, condiciones de pago.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"t4mr98\" data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1839\">El <strong data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1787\">tipo de habitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y lo que incluye: vista, tama\u00f1o, ubicaci\u00f3n, extras.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1940\">Si estas piezas son confusas, recepci\u00f3n hereda la fricci\u00f3n en el peor momento: el pico de llegadas.<\/p><p><!-- notionvc: data-start=\"2437\" data-end=\"2461\">Costes y condiciones<\/strong>: tasas, dep\u00f3sitos, extras, pol\u00edticas de cancelaci\u00f3n\/no-show o cargos inesperados.<\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"2545\"
