Este regulamento, que tem por objetivo aumentar a seguran\u00e7a e a rastreabilidade dos dados, estabelece novas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es para os hot\u00e9is, apartamentos tur\u00edsticos e outros tipos de alojamento, com especial destaque para <strong>digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos de registo e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados dos h\u00f3spedes<\/strong>.<\/p><p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.mir.gob.es\/opencms\/export\/sites\/default\/es\/procedimientos-y-servicios\/hospedajes-y-alquiler-de-vehiculos\/\"><strong>Decreto Real 933\/2001<\/strong><\/a>que entra em vigor em 2 de dezembro de 2024, estabelece obriga\u00e7\u00f5es claras em mat\u00e9ria de registo documental e de informa\u00e7\u00f5es a tratar por todas as pessoas singulares ou colectivas que exer\u00e7am actividades de alojamento e de aluguer de ve\u00edculos autom\u00f3veis.
