Purpose of processing, legal basis and retention period

Following deletion, information must be retained for an additional period of up to one year, depending on backup copy policies.
Mandatory nature of data provision
It is mandatory to provide the data controller with the essential information for the execution of the contractual relationship, as well as the information necessary to comply with obligations dictated by law, regulations, public legislation or by authorities with legitimacy to do so, and by supervisory and control bodies.
Data that is not essential for the execution of the contractual relationship is considered supplementary, and its provision by the data subject, if requested, is optional and subject to consent. Processing methods
Personal data will be recorded, processed, and stored in the data controller's files, in paper and electronic format, complying with the technical and organisational measures of Article 32 of the GDPR. Processing may consist of any of the operations described in Article 4, paragraph 1, point 2 of the GDPR.
Appropriate tools and procedures are used to ensure the security and confidentiality of information, either directly or through third parties. Where necessary, information may be included in internal documentation and in records required by law.
Your information may be processed by company employees expressly authorised and with appropriate operational instructions under Article 29 of the GDPR.
Categories of personal data recipients
Self-employed individuals authorities and supervisory and control bodies, public or private entities empowered to request information.
Processors (Art. 28 GDPR): other companies in the Zucchetti group, consultancies, professional firms, legal and tax advisors, and insurance companies.
Business partners: for the execution of the contract or commercial actions, always subject to your express consent.
Data transfer outside the EU
The information provided by the data subject will be processed in countries within the European Union and/or Switzerland. In the event that personal information is not processed in an EU or Swiss country, the data subject's rights will be guaranteed in accordance with EU regulations, and they will be notified of this fact.

In accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you may exercise the following rights:
Access to know if your personal information is being processed and to access it. Requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive will not be considered.
Correction: correct incorrect or outdated information, and complete it if it is incomplete.
