Services and Transactions
5.1. Description of services
CHAPP SOLUTIONS offers different solutions to optimise hotel management:
LEAN Hotel System Property Management System.
UK: Input/output optimisation.
Housekeeping App Application for housekeeping department management.
Front Desk App Application for obtaining guest signatures in digital format.
5.2. Purchasing process
Purchases or service hires are made via the Site by following the established process. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the indicated price and comply with the established payment conditions.
5.3. Cancellation and Refund Policies
No cancellation policy for signed contract: Once the contract has been signed by both parties, it is not possible to proceed with its cancellation. The client undertakes to comply with all obligations set out in the contract during the agreed term. Any cancellation request will not be admitted, and the contract shall be fulfilled in its entirety.
Cancellation penalty policy in effect: If a client decides to cancel an ongoing contract, they will be required to pay a penalty equivalent to the total amount of instalments that are still due until the contract's completion. This penalty will be applied without exception and must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Contract termination policy due to non-payment or misuse: In the event of non-payment or if use of the applications outside the scope of assignment specified in the contract is detected, the provider shall be entitled to terminate the contract immediately. The customer shall have a period of 48 hours to pay any outstanding amounts for overdue instalments before the definitive termination of the contract. If payment is not made within this period, the contract shall be rescinded with no entitlement to reimbursement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAPP SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Site.
Any content obtained from the Site.
Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHAPP SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
CHAPP SOLUTIONS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
