Personalisation of the Customer Journey
Determines the elements required for each process

General data

The software operates in a web environment, allowing it to be used on kiosks, tablets or other devices with Internet access.

Corporate Image

Images, colours and logo configurable according to the corporate identity.

Multi-language

It offers the best user experience thanks to its multilingual interface.

Creation of Walk-In Reservation

It is possible to search for rooms by nights, adults and children,
displaying availability and prices at the kiosk, and allowing you to create a reservation.

Reserve identification

Find the reservation by scanning the QR code of the Pre Check-in process or with the last name and voucher number.
This is obtained through an OTA, a Tour Operator voucher or a direct booking.

Group Management

The software is designed to facilitate the check-in of groups, either by using the room list
previously created or by selecting rooms according to their characteristics.

Identity Card / Passport Scanner

Data extraction using the MRZ code, with the option to add data manually.
Mandatory fields are required for traveller registration and are configurable according to the market.

Facial Recognition

Compare the face with the photo on the ID card or passport without storing the photo.
Recommended for hotels with unattended reception.

Cross selling extras

Various extras are shown as available, as long as they are not included in the reservation, in order to increase sales.

Digital signature

Allows on-screen signature, which will be added to the customer's Welcome and traveller record in PDF format.

Different possibilities

More than one way to optimise check-ins and check-outs

Pre Check-In Online

Guests can check in from their mobile devices prior to their stay. All elements can be configured, with the exception of key generation. In addition, it is possible to set sending and reminder in case of non-response.

Kiosk

Guests can check-in at the hardware, which is fully equipped for authentication and selection of extras, achieving a check-in in less than a minute and generating the host role at the front desk.

Virtual Check-In

This option is only available for establishments with code locks.
The guest can scan a QR code from their own device to initiate the process and then receive the
room access code.

Frequently asked questions

What are the advantages of an automated check-in system for hotels?

Automated check-in systems allow guests to check in quickly and conveniently via kiosks or mobile. This reduces queues at the front desk, improves staff efficiency and provides a more modern and seamless experience for guests, as well as reducing operational costs. These systems should be integrated with the PMS to automatically update information.

What is the cost of implementing an auto check-in software for hotels?

The cost can vary depending on a number of factors. These include the method of optimising the process (through a kiosk, a QR code, online pre-check-in), the number of rooms and properties in the project, and the amount of integrations required (such as payment gateways and electronic locks).

What is involved in the hotel check-in process and how can specialised software improve the check-in experience?

The process involves verifying the guest's identity through ID card scanning and facial recognition for unattended establishments, confirming the reservation, assigning the room and providing relevant information about the guest's stay, as well as the possibility to select extras.
This process enhances the guest experience by automating these tasks, offering an intuitive interface accessible from mobile devices or self-service kiosks.
