Centralized management of tariffs

A simpler way to manage

prices, restrictions and channels

Managing hotel rates doesn’t just involve changing prices; it also involves maintaining consistency between Channel Managers, PMSs, booking engines, OTAs, agencies, and companies.

Tariffs created in the Channel Manager

LEAN PMS receives rates from the Channel Manager that have previously been mapped so that the team does not have to duplicate configurations across multiple systems.

Prices and restrictions synchronized

Prices, release, minimum stays, availability and policies can work in coordination to avoid discrepancies between direct sales and external channels.

Rates per customer segment

The hotel can operate at rates for individuals, companies, agencies, groups or direct sales, maintaining clear communication from reception and management.

More control for revenue and reception

Revenue maintains control of the tariff strategy and Reception works with visible, mapped and consistent rates within the PMS.

The problem

Managing hotel rates in two separate systems is not strategy; it is double work.

Doubled fees in the Channel Manager and the PMS

Every price change or restriction must be replicated manually in two systems, with the risk of them becoming out of sync.

Incomplete maps that no one detects in time

If the Channel Manager and PMS codes do not match, reservations are entered with silent errors that are only discovered when there is already a billing or reporting problem.

Without visibility into what restrictions each tariff applies

The minimum, maximum, or release availability parameters are managed in silos, without the receiving team having a clear view.

Switching from PMS means abandoning your Channel Manager

Some systems force you to use their own CM or pay for extra modules. If yours doesn't fit, or you switch tools or end up with features you don't need.

Each system doing what it knows best

LEAN does not try to be your Channel Manager or your RMS. It integrates with the best in each category so that you have a specialized stack, not an all-in-one that does everything mediocrely.

Compatible with the most used Channel Managers

SiteMinder, YieldPlanet, Vertical Booking, Simple Booking, Booking Expert and more. LEAN connects with the CM you already have, without forcing you to change it.

OTAs, companies, agencies and individuals

All segments are managed from the Channel Manager. LEAN receives them mapped and ready to operate.

Total visibility from the PMS

When making a direct reservation, the reception will see the available rates with their conditions, just as if you were consulting the Channel.

How it works

From Channel Manager to PMS,

without friction

The process is the same for all channels: you set it up once and LEAN takes care of the rest.

1

Create the rate in the Channel

Define prices, restrictions, and conditions in your usual Channel Manager. It's the only place where you need to do this.

2

Map the tariff in LEAN

Link the tariff code in the Channel Manager with its equivalent in LEAN. This is done only once per tariff.

3

LEAN synchronizes in real time

From that moment on, LEAN receives updated rates and sends occupancy to the Channel Manager continuously and automatically.

4

Operates with full visibility

When making a direct reservation, the reception can check rates and availability directly from LEAN, without leaving the PMS.

What is included

Everything you need to

manage rates without duplications

From the initial configuration to the tariff mapping, the synchronization with the Channel Manager, and the daily management of reception.

Mapping of tariffs with the Channel Manager

Link each LEAN tariff to its code in the Channel Manager. From there, prices and restrictions are synchronized automatically.

Rates per customer segment

Configures different rates for individuals, agencies, and companies. Agency or company rates only appear when selecting the corresponding client.

Cancellation policies by tariff

Assign one or more policies to each tariff, with validity periods. When periods coincide, the system automatically applies the most restrictive policy.

Packaged tariffs

It groups accommodation and extras under a single billing concept. The guest sees the name of the tariff, not its individual components.

Obtaining configurable availability

Choose whether LEAN uses the Channel Manager availability parameters or the ones configured locally in the PMS for each rate.

Base fare for bookings without mapping

It designates a rate as the basis for assigning reservations that arrive with errors or without a recognized rate automatically with a visible alert.

Transfer of reservations between establishments

For chains, it allows you to enable specific rates to transfer reservations from one hotel to another without the need to create them again.

Activation and deactivation of tariffs

Inactive rates stop being available in searches and reservations, but they are kept so that they can be reactivated when necessary.

Combinable tariffs for direct sales

Enables the combination option between rates to automatically offer the best possible price in the direct booking engine.

Why it matters

What changes when

hotel rates flow on their own

A well-made mapping is the foundation of a clean operation: fewer errors, less manual work, and more real control over sales.

A single point of tariff management

The revenue team only needs to update prices and restrictions in the Channel Manager. LEAN automatically receives them, just like any other OTA. There’s nothing to replicate manually.

Reservations that arrive are always well allocated

When the mappings are complete, each Channel reservation comes with its correct rate. Any exceptions are visible with an alert, not buried in the day-to-day operations.

No. LEAN PMS integrates with the Channel Manager to receive and operate the tariff information. The hotel can keep the Channel Manager it already uses and connect its tariffs with the PMS.
Mapping rates means linking each Channel Manager rate with its equivalent within LEAN PMS. In this way, when a reservation is made, the system recognizes the correct rate, its segment, its conditions, and its availability.
Yes. LEAN allows you to operate with customer segment rates, such as individuals, businesses, agencies, groups, or direct bookings. This helps to categorize and manage each reservation with the appropriate rate.
LEAN can assign a base rate for bookings without mapping and display a visible alert. This way the team detects the exception and can correct it without the error being hidden in day-to-day operations.
