More revenue per reservation, without extra effort

LEAN integrates the extras into every step of the process: the receptionist proposes them when creating the reservation, and the guest sees them and selects them directly at check-in with the Front Desk App or through POK. Each choice is automatically recorded in the reservation.

The problem

Extras are revenue. But only if the guest gets to know them.

The guest arrives without knowing what you have to offer

If the service doesn't appear at the right time, people simply don't sign up. The opportunity to sell passes by without anyone taking advantage of it.

Extras added by hand, with a risk of error

When the sale depends on someone remembering it at the right time, they end up disappearing from the records or generating incorrect charges.

Rigid configuration that does not adapt to every hotel

Each establishment has its own rules: different prices depending on the period, different taxes, services that apply per adult and others per number of people. Without real flexibility, management becomes complicated.

The LEAN vision

Every point of contact with the guest is an opportunity for sales. LEAN makes extras appear on their own, at the right time, without the team having to do anything extra. And when the guest chooses one, it is directly recorded in their reservation.

Optional extras that can be configured by the hotel, with prices per date period

Available at every step of the guest’s journey

Automatic registration in the reservation, without manual steps

How it works

Configure it once.

The system provides and registers.

From configuration to booking, without manual intervention.

1

Define the extras

Create each service at the chain level and customize price, tax, and availability for each property. You can configure them by age, child, baby, or quantity, and define when the charge is generated.

2

Charge them at rates

It includes extras within the rates such as packages or leave them free for the guest to choose. Decide when to charge them: first day, last day, or every day of the stay.

3

Extras are offered at any time

When creating the reservation, they are the second step in the receptionist's workflow, which is presented to the guest. In check-in with the Front Desk App or through POK, the guest themselves sees them and selects them directly.

4

It remains in the reserve

When the guest confirms an extra, it is automatically recorded in their reservation within LEAN PMS. The charge appears broken down and ready to be included in the invoice.

What is included

Everything you can configure and sell

Extras, products and supplements: three types of service, each with its own logic.

Extras related to the reservation

Services directly related to the reservation and the rate. Defines when the charge is made: first day, last day, each day of the stay, or a custom production. They can be configured per adult, per child, per baby, or per amount.

Independent products

Items sold from the PMS sales panel, both to accommodated guests and external customers. Ideal for bars, restaurants, spas or parking lots. The charge is made on the day of the sale.

Supplements with inventory

Elements that are not included in the guest's cost but have physically controlled stock, such as cots or extra beds. LEAN keeps track of availability as they are added to bookings.

Extras packaged in a fee

Includes services within a tariff as a package. The guest sees the total amount without breakdown on their invoice. Only available for extras that are charged per day.

Prices by date periods

Configures date ranges with different prices for each extra. The PMS applies the corresponding price according to the date of the reservation's entry. The default price is used when no configured range applies.

Consumption control in pensions

It groups extras and products by type to filter them in the pension panel. Mark which ones have been consumed and which ones are pending, by day and by service.

Services that can be sold

Extras that the guest can choose without hassle

Not all hotels offer the same services. The key is to be able to configure each extra feature according to the type of property, the time of stay, and the actual availability.

Arrival

Early check-in and late check-out

Services that are very associated with the time of entry and exit. They work better when offered within the check-in process or before arrival.

Stays

Breakfast, half board or restaurant

Extras linked to the rate, pax or nights of stay, with clear charges and prepared for billing.

Operational

Parking and extra beds

Services where it is important to control availability, stock or inventory to avoid overstocking and operational errors.

Experience

Spas, experiences and upgrades

Additional services that help personalize the stay and increase the average value of each reservation.

Sales at every point of contact

The extras, present

at every moment of the process

The receptionist proposes them when creating the reservation. The guest chooses them on their own from the hotel website, at check-in, or at the kiosk. They are always registered in the reservation.

LEAN PMS: when creating the reservation

Extras are the second step in the creation of a reservation flow in LEAN PMS. The receptionist sees them directly on their screen and can offer them to the guest before confirming the reservation.

POK: pre check-in online

Before arriving at the hotel, the guest can complete the pre-check-in through POK. The configured extras appear in this flow, allowing them to book services in advance.

Front Desk App: check-in at the reception

During the check-in process assisted with the Front Desk App, the extras screen is optional and configurable. The guest sees and validates them from the tablet, and they are recorded in their reservation.

POK: automatic check-in with QR code or kiosk

When the guest arrives and checks in autonomously, either by scanning a QR code from their mobile device or at the POK kiosk, the extras are displayed in the entry flow itself.

Booking engine: when booking from the hotel website

The guest can also choose extras when making their reservation on the hotel website, according to the options offered by the booking engine they use. This information is then directly fed into LEAN PMS.

Why it matters

Income that was already there,

awaiting to be offered

The difference between a hotel that sells extras and one that doesn't is almost always the moment when it offers them.

Sales without pressure

The guest discovers the services at their own pace, at the natural moment of the process. Without sales pitches, without discomfort. The system presents it and the guest decides.

No extra work for the team

Each contact point operates independently. The receptionist doesn’t have to remember which services to offer: LEAN shows it all, in the correct process.

Clean registration, billing without errors

Each extra selected is automatically linked to the reservation. When it comes time to invoice, the charges are already there, correctly assigned and ready to be included.

Turn every contact point into a sales opportunity

Configure extras, upgrades, and complementary services once and let LEAN PMS offer them at the right time during the guest journey.
